My name is Edie Martimucci. I was a librarian, and the Director of a local library. I am now retired and I have been able to rediscover my love of creating art.
Refurbishing my Grandmother’s spinning wheel from the late 1800’s has expanded my interest in fiber arts. Spinning yarn from fleece, knitting and weaving has filled my days when I am not working in my garden.
I love the outdoors, date night and hiking with my husband. My pages share my thoughts about mountaineering and give a stab at some haiku, which is the only kind of poetry I can tolerate. The past two years I have also added my garden exploits on my GardenSpot page.
